GAR to seek Presidency?
Reports from inside the culture Ministry have swirled about the once golden child, Gustavus Adolphus Rex, being bored with Cabinet work and eager to step up his game to another level.
"He just doesn't seem that interested anymore," a longtime aide who requested to remain anonymous says, "It's not that he isn't ambitious, but everything he talks about is regarding tomorrow, or how he can climb another rung on the ladder."
Many pundits are skeptical of a possible move, with longtime political analysis Paul Krugman saying, "It's not practical. Not without serving at least one term in the people's Senate. He has a little star power, but he isn't a heavyweight in politics yet."
Still, with closed door meetings and a weary culture department, Europeians are wondering exactly what Gustavus Adolphus Rex is planning for his future.
