It would make sense with why he was never granted citizenship, but it seems like that would have been a bad time to troll the forums with a fake account since we had both filyan and jerry at the time, who were both annoying as shit.

If she was African-American, that was...Windsor, I think? It was his sister, or so he claimed. He used to always randomly PM me.
 
No, Windsor was OK, and a lot more recent. This was a very annoying guy, that was always going on about breasts and other female parts. I once had to tell him to go masturbate in his room than telling us about it.
