Going back to the subject of the NationStates links in the Government menu, another option is to use an icon pointing to a link, e.g.,

Mousebumples | NS [icon]link[/icon]

For reference, here are the options we consider previously:

Could do a second pop-up when you hover over a name that displays

Still, I think most people would be smart enough to see that when they hover over "NS" it's a different link than the name.

I edited the "Laws" drop-down menu to include a link to the Treaty Law forum.

I plan to add a full treaty index next to the law index, though I first need to clear some changes with the Law Index maintainers.
