As an admin he should already have all the necessary permission (and can give himself anything he doesn't have), but I added him to the forum header.

Please ban this guy, he was the person who is underage and was banned until his birthday (in September) he just made another account.

After discussions, the Admin team has banned the new account until September. We will revisit at that time if he returns.
 
Could I get CA masking for: Zenny Winter, Venray, PASD, Phazon Winter, and Deep Pacific?

EDIT: Also, I need mod powers over the CA, remove Fort's, and if the header could be updated, that'd be great. ^_^
