Done. I converted the file to jpeg and uploaded it to the forum server before setting it up as banner, as we do with all custom banners.
 
Can I have the following newspaper made in Letho:

Name: Marnip's Thoughts

Description: Independent news show featuring all of the happenings of Europeia.

Mod can be given to Marnip

I think this usually works by having the Speaker add the member in the Senate Guest group, no special remasking.

IIRC under the past Senate, Cassy had special masking as an aide.
 
The Senate Aide usergroup didn't have Senate posting permissions, so I don't think we've been using it that way.

In any event, I edited the usergroup and remasked Shin accordingly.
