You need to speak with the Culture Ministry.
 
There's no set rule(s) on what overrides what, but generally speaking I've always had government masks overrule non-government masks.
 
I've always taken Assistant Minister to override Assembly Member. They both have the same access anyway, and same as citizen.

The stars don't mean anything, and a redesign of the pimps is long overdue anyway.
 
According to the Cabinet Confirmation Thread in the Senate, all the nominees are confirmed except Malashaan until another Senator finally votes. Could the others be masked please?
 
Malashaan was also confirmed. Could they now all have proper masking and the header updated?

Sadly this would not work: joinable groups, despite the name, are only permission masks and not usergroups. You cannot use joinable groups to change people's usergroups.

It's really poorly designed (though still incredibly useful as it is).
 
Could Malashaan get access to the Welfare Clerk Account to modify the Newcomers handbook?
