You can do that from your user control panel. Go to User Controls > Edit Profile > Change Username.

You can do that yourself in Preferences --> Change username (if it isn't available to you then you may have to wait until you're a citizen)

You should remind Noto to add you to the JTC group he is the leader of, and remove McEntire.
