Can you change the name of the "Acts of Arnhlem" Subfourm in the CA to "The Legislative Arena"

Done, although I will note that Acts of Arnhelm is a reference to an important part of Europeia's history should you wish to consider reinstating. It's a fairly recently created forum, so it's not a big deal, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
 
As I said in the other thread, without speaking to the other admins, my interpretation is that sharing one's own IP address is fine. However, we will not tolerate sharing the IP addresses of others without obvious permission.
