Controversial Cary123 has formed a society of potheads in Europeia. The society demands that Ministers are created for certain drugs, and the position of President is broken into a council. The government has not made an official response, however a cabinet insider says the mood is "apathetic"

Actually, an informal response from me was during the interview with the Placebo Effect in which I stated that as long as the Europeian Society of Potheads is not breaking any laws and is respectful, Europeian law and I as Acting President, will permit them to exist. I am, however, keeping a close eye on them.
