An long forgotten tradition in Europeia is the making of crappy videos to "cover" the election news. While primitive, they always proved to be entertaining in an age were ENN was the only news source.
As we go into this election we are going to look at just a few of the videos that covered elections in Europeia's past.

Back in 2008 Europeian politics were divided between the Active Civilian Party lead by Pinapleboy, and the Norsefire Party headed by Solimaria.
The video speculates who might run in the July election. Ironically, incumbent President Nlhp wasn't included in the video, as he was not seen likely to run for a third term.
The race eventually came down to President Nlhp from the Active Civilian Party and Neohabighorst representing more the Norsefire side. Nlhp won a strong victory with very low turnout to become the only President to serve three consecutive terms.

In one of the more consistent themes in an election, all candidates were assigned a "character" to which they played in the election videos.
George W. Bush -- Pope Lexus X
John Kerry -- Neohabighorst
John Edwards -- Atikva
Dick Cheney -- Asianatic (?)
United Nations -- SRATO
The initial video included projections for the Senate race. After a very close election in which Lexus only lead by a single vote, the result was uncertain in the morning -- eerily like the 2004 Presidential Election in the United States. While most saw Lexus as the winner, recent precedent allowed the courts to overturn elections if there were voter irregularities. Neohabighorst oped to concede rather than go to the courts to get a second chance.

In one of the most remarkable elections in Europeian history, tensions began high only halfway through the term. Many new members in Europeia were behind Cordova I to unseat President Lexus. Cordova though, do to real life circumstances, had to leave the razor close election and a power vacuum emerged. Klatonia, who was fairly new himself, sought the Presidency from the dying Conservative Party and came only a few votes away from getting it.
