Fancy a Cultural Exchange?

The LKE-Euro Festival started on November 16th, and has recently ended on our forum, and, more recently, will be ending on the forum of the LKE. So what do we expect will be the impact of the festival?

In a mixlr interview done with Prime Minister Josh Sebastian, he went into great detail about the prosperous relationship Euro-LKE have had over the years, and how this will only strengthen our ties. But who is Josh Sebastian? Josh Sebastian is the former Prime Minister of the LKE, recently stepping down from the position because he served for four terms! Not only that, but he is the Chief of the Imperial Army, and an LKE Division Commander of the UIAF, and a member of the Estates Noble, the upper house of the LKE. As you can tell, Josh Sebastian is one of the heavyweight members of the LKE.

Josh Sebastian mentioned in his Interview with PhDre that,”Earlier this year, then President Kraketopia visited the LKE for a state visit, and then of course we were invited to Europeia in return to discuss, basically, how we can strengthen the relations between our two great regions.” He also makes note that,”This year, we wanted to take that relationship [Euro-LKE] to higher heights."

He also noted was the preexisting relationship between LKE-Europeia, and how we agree [mostly] on key foreign policy decisions, and conduct military operations with each other. As seen with military operations as of late, we still conduct military operations with them. So, why not add a cultural party to the mix?

What was in the festival that grew our relations?

Inside the festival were a multitude of social options for the members of LKE and Europeia, such as a Cards Against Humanity game, a Town of Salem game, a battle of Kings to see who the Last King Standing was, and even some competitions having to do with art and avatars. Not only was this on the forums of Europeia, but it spread to the forums of the LKE like a sweeping contagion, like a cultural party that just made you take one too many sips of whisky. Gladly, that didn't happen, or else we would've ended up in each others faces, beer-bellies touching as we drunkenly dribbled our words out. Although that may have been one heck of a cultural event, it wasn't this cultural event, as this cultural event was aimed for progression of our relations not overflowing the County Jail.

Not only that, but the spammers got to get along as well, as they had a whole section to themselves to spam, spam, and spam some more the entire event. So, not only was this event geared towards the more "gaming" type, but was geared towards those who just spam all day long. Did I mention there was spam?

On the side of LKE, we saw this sweeping contagion of party-itis continue, with an avatar contest over there, a question game, more social opportunities, more spam games, and a fantastic pub called the Golden Eagle that presented a multitude of foods and drinks for any person. The LKE side of the festival also proved successful in uniting different types of people, which was the goal all along.

So what can we, ultimately, expect from this festival?

This festival has only drawn our two precious regions closer together, so expect more military operations to occur between our two regions, and more friendships grow among our communities. Whilst our two regions grow closer and closer, we can only watch as friendships emerge from this event.

Hopefully, that’s what occurred, and, maybe, the County Jail didn't get too full by the end of this event.
