Anumia/Falconias ticket a fraud?

Reports have circulated since the announcement of the Anumia/Falconias ticket that is not exactly what it seems. Anumia had been strongly denying any kind of presidential run for weeks now, saying that he didn't feel he was ready. On the other hand, Falconias has been mourning the fact he didn't have the trust and support to be competitive in a Presidential race.
These two facts lead to the theory that if victorious, Anumia would immediately resign the Presidency after election. After a discussion with Anumia, he confirmed that that "might be" the intent behind the ticket.
This story remains unconfirmed by Libertarian Party officials, and is not ready to be certified as accurate. However, actions of certain parties, lead us to an interesting question:
