Kaiser has mod rights over the Gamer's Guild Subforum, which is a little weird. Is that supposed to be there?

Also, per this can I get a subforum in the Gamer's Guild called Europeia Plays and be given mod rights over it so I can pin things and such? And then can this thread be moved to Europeia Plays? Thanks!
