Yes, clearly its not given to citizens. No wonder we can't edit ours. Oh wait, yes we can.

Its dependent on the post count. Once you get past a certain amount, you can edit the feature.

Admin CP still says Tim, so it went through. Usually you have to post a few times (and log out at some point too I believe) for the change to show up.
