Because Senators have been asking for it for quite some time and it's a reasonable request.

Why not just create a new subforum for Senators to have their own office or why not just keep the West Wing or whatever it was?

Because that's a waste of extra forums. Why split a perfectly functional forum into two redundant ones?

The Speaker can use the whole forum for his office, as he used to do in the past. Other Senators can also create a thread inside it for their own offices.
