I would like a permit to start the Europeia Animalian Socialist Party. And I don't care how many members we have; I believe that more publicity gets more votes. SO PERMIT ME! euro.gif
 
You need two members to start a party.
 
Look, Sen. Macromania. You spelled out the platform, and economics put aside, it was good, right? So what do you have against it?

Oh, and HEM, I would like to change that law, as it has been proven that more publicity means more votes. SO ADMIT US (meaning, ME.)
 
That Law was passed by the Senate. I can't just over-ride it.

Well basically you're shouting at HEM to let you start a party and came onto our platform and called someone nonspecific a Capitalist Freak. I would call that fairly insane

Then try to repeal the bloody law! It's frickin' simple:

1. Put it before the Senate, or the City Council.
2. Let them vote about it.
3. If it's not passed, lobby for it.

OK, maybe I'll lobby for it...

Um, first off, the only person in the senate that's anywhere near remotely close to a communist is Mac, and he's a socialist, and good at his job. ;)

Oh, and what about having more than one candidate for your party? Wanna outlaw that, too? I say we just can go ahead and criminalize publicity so that no one gets screwed!

NO. That is not how society works.
 
You can always oppose people as an independent but a "party" implies more than two people (unless it's a particularly glum party). Until you have that there is nothing you can do.

You can still join one of the existing parties or fight for your cause(s) on your own.

People have to support your ideas to become a party. If you want someone to support you, tell people about your planned party. All you need is ONE other person to support you.

Yes, and they can if more publicity becomes involved! So, let's go lobby against this law!
 
If that's your cause, you should fight for it.

TAU, this is your cause- fight for it. Join the council/propose a pre-act/try to change the law.

Posting rants like this and telling the admins to screw the law isn't going to get you anywhere.
