As per the Admin Empowerment Act:

I have received numerous reports that Fliyan is under the age of 13. That is to say he is under the age required to be allowed on an Invisionfree forum without a letter of consent.

Hence, Fliyan is being suspended for 72 hours to gather conclusive evidence of this breach.
 
Oh come one, that Nasalives guy was about 9 when he was here, you had no problems with him. :p

Then again, he did contribute to the region...
 
Yeah well, I wasn't informed of that rule as I am now, nor have I seen admins actually delete forums for that reason.

And Nasa was 12 for most of his active time in Europeia.
 
Actually, he was usually 10.

And I have gotten pretty solid testimony that Fliyan is under age. Unless he can defend himself within a few hours, he is going to be banned for 4 years.
