After long deliberation, I am naming Sopo as the OCC Moderator for Europeia. He shall be a member of the administrative/moderator team (though obviously, not an actual admin) and have authority over the entire Red Light District.

In my view, this is an excellent decision; the appointment of a dedicated moderator to help keep the Red Light District in check is a significant action towards taming occasional 'gone-too-far' comments. And Sopo is an excellent person for that role.
