Westwind Calls It a Day

Former North Pacific Delegate announced he was stepping down from the Delegacy a week ago. Reasons are not known, however his popularity in the region was diminishing as his many plans of reform were neglected in his inactivity. The entire coup and rise to power in the region for him was shrouded in secrecy. Gatesville and The Last Kingdom forces appeared to have propped him into the seat when TNP rebels tried to unseat him. The final die was cast when Gatesville withdrew from the region three weeks ago. His regime lived on ejections for weeks until his end was apparent. Westwind was the democratically elected delegate, however he scrapped the government in favor of a slightly more dictorial one. He cited inactivity and failure of older regional members to act on this for reasons of government change. His status of remaining King of Equilism is yet to be seen.
