Welcome back to the second edition of the Hot 5. You can find the first here. The Hot 5 is a new initiative from the E-News Network inspired by the Power Player Drafts of EBC Radio and the Power20 from NSToday. The Hot 5 will highlight, every other week, 5 Europeians making waves in our community. The list, in order, is determined by our editorial board and special guests. This week the list was curated by HEM, ENN Founder and Editor, and Sopo, ENN Deputy Editor.

my issue is that Prim feels like a more active and influential senator than Seva despite Seva getting that win… it's close though

i mean a week ago i'd agree with you that Seva should definitely be on the list... but he won two weeks ago and already feels not so hot anymore
meanwhile Prim has been arguably more active as a senator (he also drove the continuation of the Europeian Future Commission imo)
oh, and he is also MinInt (gameside)

I feel like Lime has been more visible as Speaker

right before
he was already Speaker and we ignored him
because of his loss

hmm maybe we can say it was canceled out by the loss, but now he's been an active Speaker engaging with the public
he gets some momentum

hard to see where UPC is
he's still doing a lot with tech stuff
not as much visible stuff i've seen?

the bot is basically ready
and it is making a big difference
almost done with beta testing

actually that may depend on when the bot is officially announced
that could happen before the list goes out
ok my rationale is UPC deserves 4 if the bot is officially announced, otherwise i'd swap him and Lime I think

will the President always be #1? I just feel like Rand has kept a lot of momentum

i mean
Lloen certainly wouldn't have been #1 for his whole term
but the president has a lot of innate power and visibility, it just depends on how they choose to use it
so far Rand feels very active engaged and present
