On May 11, Robespierre was elected delegate of The North Pacific after 5 days of voting, winning 51.3% of the vote compared to Nimarya's 46.09% and 2 and 2 is Fish's 2.61%. After a standing period of three days, from May 1 to May 4, Robespierre, Nimarya, and 2 and 2 is Fish had declared their candidacy for regional delegate. Nimarya and Robespierre's campaigns both centred around bringing new energy to certain ministries, specifically communications, radio and cards. The eventual winner, Robespierre, coming off a successful term as speaker of the Regional Assembly, wanted to see the region "more than suffice" for the four months of the delegacy term. Despite their loss, Nimarya had the endorsement of outgoing delegate McMasterdonia, which contributed to a tight race. 2 and 2 is Fish, meanwhile, ran what many considered to be a joke campaign.

Meanwhile, Cretox State was re-elected as vice delegate with 75.44% of the vote compared to Rom's 24.56%. Rom and Cretox State had declared their candidacy for vice delegate in the same standing period as for the delegate, with Cretox State's campaign based on their successful previous terms as vice delegate. Rom's campaign attracted less attention than Cretox State's, and many questions posed to Rom went unanswered.

Finally, East Isles defeated Skaraborg 69.79% to 30.21% to become speaker of the Regional Assembly for the first time. Both candidates for speaker of the Regional Assembly were new to the position, though East Isles was deputy speaker under Robespierre and hoped to run as a successor to their successful term. Skaraborg had also hoped to carry on the success of the previous term in many of the same ways. Arc, who had withdrawn their candidacy before voting started, and Skaraborg have since been appointed deputy speakers under East Isles.

On May 12, newly-elected Delegate Robespierre addressed The North Pacific and appointed ministers to the Executive Council. 9003 was appointed minister of cards, Fregerson as minister of communications, Prydania as minister of culture, Westinor as minister of defense, St George/MadJack as minister of foreign affairs, New Celoveniortan as minister of home affairs, Cascadian Bioregion as minister of radio, and Cretox State as minister of world assembly affairs.
