I've made some small tweaks to the Bright and Classic skins, to make sure that "links" (be it actual URL hyperlinks or other clickable actions) have consistent appearance.
In the past, we were using a whole bunch of similar but different blue hues here and there. They have now all been replaced by the same blue color. The sole exception is "links" in the header or in forum buttons, which remain white.
As part of the above, I have also changed the appearance of the spoiler toggling button, to make them look like clickable "links". This is also in line with the previous edit to remove underlines from "links" that are not part of posts.
