Senate Poised To Ram Through Historic Constitutional Amendment

FWIW, had I known there would be an attempt to ram the deliverance of the CoS election back to the people I wouldn't have voted to take it from the table. I will say that I was lobbied to vote to take it from the table by those who wished for it to be removed but I was under the impression that it would be debated along side the rest of the Executive Reform package.
