Revamped WA vote records and new BBtag

The WA Vote Records have been overhauled:

1) They are now located here.
2) There are now separate and much more detailed records of the world-wide vote, e.g., individual nations voting for/against, delegates voting for/against, and so on.
3) For each vote, there is a corresponding graph and log of nations voting. For example, for the latest Condemn The Invaders proposal, here is the graph, and here is the voter log.
4) The file name for each resolution has been changed to include the vote start date. This is to avoid resolutions with the same name confusingly ending up in the same file.

The new records are also used by the updated statistics page to produce the WA voting graphs.

Note that, in addition to Europeia, the above site also includes data for a few other regions that use these records. You are welcome to use the data.

In addition to the above, there is a new BBtag that can be used to embed the above-mentioned interactive graphs into forum posts.

For example, to embed the graph showing Euro's vote in the latest Condemn The Invaders resolution, you would use:
Code:
[wavote=europeia,sc]2016_10_24_condemn_the_invaders[/wavote]
[wavote=europeia,sc]2016_10_24_condemn_the_invaders[/wavote]
To embed the graph for the worldwide vote, you would use:
Code:
[wavote=world,sc]2016_10_24_condemn_the_invaders[/wavote]
[wavote=world,sc]2016_10_24_condemn_the_invaders[/wavote]
This is intended for use in the WA voting threads. Do not abuse or it'll get removed.

All comments are welcome.

A few questions when you have moment:
On the "Endorsements Exchanged" graph, what do the different numbers mean? I'm guessing that the red bit is the total number of endorsements within the region, correct? And the Endorsement Saturation is ... average number of endorsements per WA nation? Something else?

Dream Metric is ... what? I have no clue what that graph means.

On the latest GA resolution At Vote graph, what does that vertical blue line mean?

On the latest SC resolution At Vote, does that reference the current res at vote? Or is it for the one prior?

All in all, looks good. Thanks for the efforts! I just need to figure out what these mean now .... >_>

Ah yes, I added descriptions for these in the associated WAAP dispatch, but not on the forum page. Will update it later.

Regarding the GA/SC vote graphs, the vertical lines indicate the delegate's vote. If you hover over the graph, you'll see that that line corresponds to delegate votes for or against, depending on the color. It's not a great way to represent the delegate's vote, but unfortunately Google spreadsheets don't provide a better alternative.

Cool, thanks! :)

There's a lot of noise on the population graph. Would it be possible to setup a monthly (or even weekly) average graph, similar to posts/new forum members per day graphs?

This has been expanded to include the delegate votes. For every resolution, the delegate voting information is stored in a separate file, e.g.,

2017_08_15_condemn_reventus_koth.tsv <--- has the vote totals
2017_08_15_condemn_reventus_koth.delegates.tsv <--- has the votes of individual delegates

Wow, very impressive. Thanks r3n!

This has been expanded to record lists of individual nation voters. For every resolution, the nation voter information is stored in a separate file, e.g.,

2017_09_01_commend_august.tsv <--- has the vote totals
2017_09_01_commend_august.delegates.tsv <--- has the votes of individual delegates
2017_09_01_commend_august.voters.tsv <--- has lists of individual nation voters
