A subject best avoided in many circles, porn spam has struck Nationstates too many times before. It would appear it has struck again.
Back in 2008, The True Revolution did it's best in a declared war against Great Britian and Ireland. Posting pages and posts of heinous porn, against the British power and her allies, the world was stunned.
"This was back when GIRO and GNN was still around," Europeian Vice Chancellor Lethen says, "When GB&I was attacked, the whole world knew about it fast."
The villains of this crime were brought to bear by ironclad IP Address evidence, alongside not so subtle attempts to hide their crime. The world quickly alienated them, and they had no choice but to end the "war" quietly.
Now however, the future is much less certain.
In what began as a series of personal attacks against an individual Europeian citizen, has escalated into full blown porn attacks against Europeia, The West Pacific and The Rejected Realms. The individual citizen who was targeted initially held residency in both Europeia and The Rejected Realms at one point in time.
The third, and latest attack on Europeia resulted in the forum closing for over an hour with a team of trusted citizens to clean up the mess. The motives are even less clear now.
"It was disgusting," EIA Director North East Somerset stated, "Over 250 posts of the same horrific spew of rubbish. Cowards."
The pictures were gory, pornographic, and included violence and bestiality alike. The identity of the perpetrators is not certain. However, newly elected Vice President HEM has offered optimism on the search:
"You have so many proxies and fake emails, you think the trail is dead. It's amazing how many people want to see this stuff gone. We have had plenty of patriots come forward and try to help."
The EIA is not releasing a suspect list, though regional officials say such a list is only getting shorter as the hours pass by.
"It's a matter of personal connections, and of who could possess such a moral deficit. It relieves me that few people fit those two gloves," EIA Director North East Somerset says.
The President, only in office for 24 hours, has called the region to shun the horrors and unite in the face of the challenges ahead saying, "What the attackers want is for us to collapse, but we will not do it. We cannot allow such attacks to dampen our spirit. We will hold strong. We will find those responsible and punish them to the full extent of the law."
The Office of the Europeian Attorney General, only recently, was informed that anyone withholding relevant details of forum terrorism would be charged with sedition, a crime that relates to aiding and giving comfort to Europeian enemies.
In a world that is often fast paced and confusing, Europeia stands alongside her brothers and sisters wondering who has perpetrated such surprisingly vile crimes.
