Keeping @Klatonia on the map for now due to an impending citizenship application, but @MANGOESRCOOL(kennot), @Pennsylvania & The CW, and @Orthodox America, you're being removed. Regain citizenship if you'd like to get back your spot.

Also: I will start removing people who don't meet endorsement requirements next week. Please make sure you're endorsing either UPC or Ervald, or if you absolutely can't, you can contact me to ask for an exception.
