Executive Midterm Satisfaction Poll June 2024
Results and Analysis

Written by Kasaria, Vor, and Westinor

This analysis uses net approval, calculated using the following method: “Don’t know” answers are factored out, “satisfied” answers add points, “dissatisfied” answers subtract points. “Very dis/satisfied” answers are counted the same as normal “dis/satisfied”. “Net approval” is therefore lower than traditional approval ratings, though you can view these for yourself in the charts.

  • UPC has a vision and it's working. Also, I surprisingly have marked everyone as "satisfied" here, which is an amazing sign!
  • The Senate’s handling of their substitution system dragged all of the Executive through the mud imo.
  • Great Term so far! The Cabinet is very good and balancey
  • going well

With a resounding vote of confidence in the form of a net approval of +83.3%, the Executive has by all means garnered a great deal of support so far.

President UPC: +86.7% net approval
  • I'm glad he handled constructive criticism well. He is more visible and transparent and communicative
  • Stronger than previous term, killing it
  • Incredible work so far, may be singlehandedly working to revamp Euro's WA presence
  • boomtastic. being behind the scenes you can especially see how great hes doing and that he has a plan for the future.

Vice President Grea Kriopia: +100% net approval
  • She seems hard-working
  • Really visible, which is I think unusual for a VP but still awesome to see
  • the secret to this admin's success. has picked up so much for ministries when ministers are absent and even when theyre not.
  • helpful, visible, great kriopia
  • we love gk
  • Good Job so far, love that the Citizen Spotlite returned, she also manages mist of Europride, so: 10/10 performance
  • excellent representation abroad and strong domestic involvement as well

Vice President Grea Kriopia garnered a stunning 100% approval rate from respondents. Even more impressively, two-thirds of those votes (66.7%) were “Very Satisfied.” As noted by commenters, several reasons for this abundance of support are her strong visibility as VP and overall efforts both in foreign and especially domestic affairs.

  • Showing flexible skills in a new role
  • MinComm has had fewer articles lately but they're pretty high quality

  • theres room for improvement in comms but all in all ellenburg is on the right path

Minister of Foreign Affairs Maowi: +69% net approval
  • This Foreign Minister is more transparent than her predecessors
  • Wonderful in all things, as expected
  • The ministry's hopping with activity!
  • MAOWIII is clearly an extremely valuable part of Euro's FA squad.
  • great work, like the initiatives with the ambassadors
  • great work!!
  • Maowi is doing a GREAT job!
  • not visible enough, but that's to be expected
  • hard to judge, but from what I can read in their midterm they just haven't been doing that much. An update, a europride invite, and an optional assignment with no mention of how many staffers actually did it, seems like way too little is going on. Get the impression that most FA thinking and handling is done by the high executive. Would like to see them advocate for our region a bit more abroad, either directly themselves or through staffers. Can't really see their influence at work, not sure how things would've been different if they weren't here

Minister of Foreign Affairs and amphibian enthusiast Maowi closed out a strong first half of the term with an approval rating of 69%, earning only one dissatisfied response overall. Respondents remarked on their ambassador initiatives and general transparency, though some still felt the typically closed-off Ministry was not particularly visible. Notably, a new TSP-Europeia treaty has been unveiled since the poll’s closure, and was thus not taken into account by respondents.

Minister of Outreach Pland Adanna: +86.7% net approval
  • Octopus thriving in recruitment
  • Love the enthusiasm with recruiting
  • Consistency is key, and Pland has cracked the code. Has been working to solve issues and improve things behind the scenes as well, which is great.
  • active and importantly proactive
  • i love the constant poking even when i don't recruit.
  • PA keeps the recruitment numbers up, i like that, also PA has good games
  • needs to bother his staffers more, DM to people recruit, pings in the server just don't do the job as well

Minister of Outreach Pland Adanna earned only one neutral and one dissatisfactory response, backing up an energetic term in outreach with a strong polling performance. Though one commenter remarked that Pland needed to “bother his staffers more”, others seemed to indicate that the constant presence of the Minister urging them to recruit was much appreciated. The majority of commenters were pleased with the enthusiasm in the Ministry and in the recruitment scene.

Minister of Gameside Andusre: +90% net approval
  • efficient gameside minister, posting across platforms seems to be working well

Grand Admiral Sincluda: +96.7% net approval
  • Perfect for the job, well-trained takeover from Vor
  • HAIL ERN
  • not really involved in the ern myself but it seems to be going good
  • GOD BLESS GRAND ADMIRAL SINCLUDA OF THE HIGH SEAS! (I think that is clear enough)
  • Sincluda has been doing very well in the Navy. Could use some more training of sailors, but I'm confident he'll get it done. Great marshalling efforts and overall coordination of the Navy.

Grand Admiral Sincluda achieves a stellar net satisfaction rating of +96.7%! Only one respondent was not satisfied, opting to vote Neutral instead. Most commenters praise his performance generally, and one praises in particular the marshaling efforts and coordination of the Navy. Minister of Radio Xecrio: +58.6% net approval
  • Shows have been awesome, like the Minister interviews

Earning only two dissatisfed responses, SkyGreen’s diligent effort to involve staffers in the IFV-writing process and work in developing infrastructure for other Ministries seems not to have gone unnoticed, with respondents appearing happy with the Minister’s work all-around.
