Executive End of Term Satisfaction Poll
May 2025

Written by United Vietussia

Introduction:

"Net Approval" is calculated in this analysis by first subtracting the total number of "Dissatisfied" and "Very Dissatisfied" responses from the total number of "Satisfied" or "Very Satisfied" responses, then dividing the result by the total number of responses minus the number of "Don't Know" responses, and multiplying the result by 100. This method provides the gulf in percentage point proportions between respondents who approve of a given official and those who disapprove, with "Don't Know" responses not affecting results.

Representativeness:

The most recent Presidential election had 57 voters. This poll received 18 respondents, which would account for a little over 30% of the expected electorate.

Results:

Overall Executive Satisfaction: +88.9%

Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of the overall Executive?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • Things kind of feel like they've fallen into a rut the second half of the term, like the momentum of the past... 6 terms has finally plateaued or dried up.
  • Since I'm fairly new to the region(more or less a month if I exclude a prior period of inactivity) I don't have much to say, however the few things I've managed to see so far are positive enough for me to stay in the region for the time being. First impressions matter and I would say they were good for me.
  • Rather quiet
Satisfaction with the overall Executive comes in at a +88.9% net approval, a slight increase from the midterm. Europeians remain highly supportive of President Grea Kriopia's administration, though some comments indicate some concern with a bit of perceived inactivity toward the end of this term.

President Grea Kriopia: +100%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of President Grea Kriopia?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • I think GK had done well but seems (rightfully) burned out
  • Fortuitous timing for RL things to come at the tail end of the term. Feel like she's been her very present self otherwise, and we've been better for it
President Grea Kriopia registered a perfect 100% net approval rating, with a majority of respondents indicating that they were "very satisfied" with her performance. It's a remarkable figure that underscores what has been a solid performance from the President over the last couple of terms and leaves big shoes to fill for her successor.

Vice President Sincluda: +50%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Vice President Sincluda?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • Again, seems burned out and a bit sleepy, surprised to see him running for president.
  • Overall I'm satisfied, but struggling a little to see where Sincluda has directly been assisting across the executive in this last half term apart from the Panem Post - a typical issue of the VP role though.
  • Kind of quiet. Or perhaps that's because Sin isn't as active on Discord. Not particularly his fault though. An annoying reminder about how the social side of the game impacts perception
  • vanished for a bit there; not as active
Vice President Sincluda received a +50% net approval rating, a notable decrease from the midterm where he received a +75% net approval rating. Largely, this decline seems to stem from both the pervading issue of a lack of clarity around the Vice Presidential role as well as a perceived drop in activity in the second half of the term.

Grand Admiral Kuramia: +83.3%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Grand Admiral Kuramia?. Number of responses: 18 responses.

Grand Admiral Kuramia's net approval rating jumped to +83.3%, increasing over 20 points since the midterm. While there are no direct comments on her performance in this poll, the completion of the hold in The Wellspring may be one of the reasons for this increase in approval over the past few weeks.

Minister of Gameside SkyGreen: +55.6%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Minister of Gameside SkyGreen?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • Handled the Gameside exodus well, and continued producing quality work despite dealing with their illness.
  • Gameplay blowing up was a bit of a mess tbh, and as the Minister in charge he should take some blame for it.
  • Shingles trying to derail his term
  • I think I did good
While Minister of Gameside SkyGreen's net approval has shown signs of decline since the midterm, he still checks in with a high net approval rating at +55.6%. The comments perhaps shed some light on this, with mixed reactions to the handling of issues surrounding roleplay recognition shortly after the midterm point. Even still, two-thirds of respondents indicated a level of satisfaction with his efforts this term.

Minister of Communications United Vietussia: +27.8%

Minister of World Assembly Affairs sanjurika: +88.9%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Minister of World Assembly Affairs sanjurika?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • bery bood binister
  • Great to see so many WA staff involved
Minister of World Assembly Affairs sanjurika slightly improved his net approval marks from the midterm, jumping up to +88.9%. One respondent particularly pointed out high levels of staff engagement within WA Affairs, perhaps highlighting one of the reasons for the slight bump in approval over the past few weeks.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Ervald: +94.4%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Minister of Foreign Affairs Ervald?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • Great term for someone new to FA
Ervald very nearly received a perfect net approval rating, checking in at +94.4% with only one respondent indicating that they were "unsure". It is a tremendous figure for Ervald's first term in the role and also represents a near 20 point increase in net approval since the midterm. As he prepares for a run at the Presidency, these numbers only figure to help his campaign.

Minister of Radio Sopo: +66.7%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Minister of Radio Sopo?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • Radio has dropped off again, and while that is mainly due to a long term decline in the number of active staffers hosting shows, Sopo's activity in both hosting shows himself and encouraging others to host shows has also declined recently.
  • Have things gotten quiet? Stark reminder that this ministry is always driven by only 1 or 2 active people
Minister of Radio Sopo saw a drop-off from his midterm satisfaction numbers but still registered a strong +66.7% net approval rating. Comments reveal the likely reasons for the drop in approval, as Radio saw decreased activity toward the end of the term. One respondent particularly noted the persistent reliance of Radio's success on "1 or 2 active people".

Minister of Outreach Malaxa: +66.7%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Minister of Outreach Malaxa?. Number of responses: 18 responses.

Minister of Outreach Malaxa remained largely static in net approval compared to the midterm, coming in with a +66.7% net approval rating. These numbers are largely presented without commentary, as comments did not provide further insight and there's little from official Ministry communication to point to in deciphering why this approval rating has stayed at a similar level.

Attorney General Comfed: +72.2%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Attorney General Comfed?. Number of responses: 18 responses.

Attorney General Comfed's net approval is roughly similar to his midterm marks, checking in with a +72.2% net approval at the end of the term. With the continued issuance of timely legislative assessments, it is unsurprising that Comfed's numbers remain largely in line with what was previously seen at the midterm point.

Minister of Culture Lime: +44.4%
Forms response chart. Question title: How satisfied are you with the performance of Minister of Culture Lime?. Number of responses: 18 responses.

Minister of Culture Lime received a +44.4% net approval rating. With more work to reflect on than at the midterm point when he had just taken over for Spuzz City (Rai), respondents indicating that they were largely either satisfied or neutral about Lime's work this term, which included FrontierFest in mid-April.

Direction of Europeia/Future Ministers

Is Europeia on the Right Track?

Forms response chart. Question title: Is Europeia on the right track?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
Forms response chart. Question title: Is Europeia on the right track?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
The "right track" question shows some interesting divergence from the midterm: while the "yes" total when unsure is an option has decreased (from ~75% to ~67%), the "yes" total when unsure is not an option has increased (from ~81% to ~89%). This may indicate some waning positive sentiment about the direction of Europeia due to stagnation in activity as of late, though when pressed, many of these wavering respondents do ultimately believe the region is still on the right track. It's an interesting trend to keep track of as Europeia prepares for a new President.

Forms response chart. Question title: Which Ministers would you like to see return next term?. Number of responses: 18 responses.
  • Pichvi as Minister of Gameside
Five ministers received a majority of support from respondents to return in their current roles (Kuramia, SkyGreen, Ervald, Malaxa, and Comfed), with Sopo additionally receiving the support of exactly half of respondents. sanjurika received support from 44.4% of respondents, and United Vietussia and Lime rounded out the list with the support of just under 40% of respondents (38.9%). Additionally, one respondent explicitly mentioned a desire to see Pichvi serve as Minister of Gameside in the upcoming term. Broadly, the level of support for returning to the Cabinet is closely correlated with net approval ratings.

Great writeup UV!

With 18 respondents is hard to make any definitive guesses but I was surprised to see how big Ervald's lead is.

Like Sky, I also didn't expect Ervald's lead to be that big.
(Also ty to the person who thought I'd be a good minister)
