Newly elected Senate Speaker Lloenflys released an article this week entitled "Thoughts on Leadership." The article explores rules of leadership, how to be a good leader, and how to improve on one's leadership skills.
In the Limelight - Article
Continuing with articles, Maowi released an article based on opinion called "In the Limelight." The article discusses the topic of making oneself visible in the eyes of Europeia, both in executive government and outside of it, also discussing the big picture and the smaller activities available in Europeia.
Yule Ball
The Europeian Yule Ball has begun. Minister of Culture Dax has opened a separate server where citizens will be organised into houses and then compete in a series of games and events, all for fun. At the time of writing, Ravenclaw currently stand well ahead in the spam points rankings.
First Minister Holiday Update
First Minister Calvin Coolidge gave his holiday update, in which he mentions the work of each department and also a special mention for the Yule Ball. The First Minister has also published his midterm address
Christmas Media Competition
The Christmas Media Competition has concluded, with Lloenflys' poem being the winning entry. The competition was mildly unsuccessful with only one entry; however there have been announcements to host further competitions in the future.
Executive Satisfaction Poll
The Europeian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) has published an executive satisfaction poll as the middle of the executive term comes closer. The EBC will look to publish results and analysis roughly 24-48 hours after the poll closes.
Importance of Radio - Article
The first minister, Calvin Coolidge, released an article late this week, on the importance of radio. The article discusses its founding, his personal experience with radio, and the present and future of the department.
