WERD Polls
After another round of polls, cuddlebuns has finally produced a list of movies that he will plan to review in the next three weeks. A correction from last week's update: in error, the EBC had reported cuddles would review two movies, and it has since been confirmed there will be five (six, if Dax ever becomes a movie). But in his post in Republican Square, cuddles makes the list and order quite clear. It will be soon enough that the first review will appear.

Criminal Code update
Following last week's coverage of the ongoing Criminal Code updates, it appears that the next order of business has been to question the necessity, and even the practicality, of a 'ticketing system.' The main point brought up is that it appears a ticket might be a superfluous middle step in a trial action for offenses made. As of this writing, there has been no resolution to this matter.

FlashBang Writing Contest
Within the Ministry of Culture, Minister Lloenflys and Deputy Minister Hezekon posted yesterday a writing contest. Called "FlashBang," the contest requests for short stories written by the citizenry of Europeia in response to what Hezekon calls a "fairly simple" prompt. Submissions are said to be accepted until next Sunday at 10pm EDT, with a "winner" (quotes used in original post) announced the following Thursday. All are invited to submit, with what seems like emphatic interest from the Minister.

Radio Discusses First Minister Hopefuls
In the time leading up to the next election, there have been certain names that have been thrown around as potential competition to Rand, current First Minister. In a recent broadcast, Chief of State Kuramia hosted a chat with guests Minister of Culture and Senator Lloenflys and Shuf, former holder of both those titles. In this chat, they discussed Rand's first First Minister term, after the Executive Split created the office, and considered how he handled the position. They also touched on the various Ministries, considering the ups and downs of each. Afterward, they moved on to consider potential adversaries in the next election, and whether Rand would run again. This hour-long recording is suggested for citizens that dislike droning conversation, as it is neither stuffy nor incomprehensible.
