After nearly eighteen years, Europeia finally found someone silly enough to create a list of all the Deputy Heads of Government (DHoGs to save myself time). Besides the list now sitting in the Vice President’s Office, I figured it would be fun to share some more details about those who have served in the region’s second highest office. Some things may surprise you, I know I was surprised for sure.
Longest Consecutive Service: Malashaan takes the prize here at 211 days. Grea Kriopia and Calvin Coolidge are only a day behind at 210, but Malashaan just beats them out, squeaking out an extra day thanks to a run-off being required to replace her and Anumia.
Most Non-Consecutive Terms: For this one, I counted consecutive terms under different Heads of Government (HoGs) as one term, so this is specific to non-consecutive terms. With that said, the winner is HEM who has served as Vice President six separate times!
Shortest Term: A record unlikely to ever be broken, Rotalsia valiantly served as Verteger’s DPM for a whopping one (1) day.
Shortest VP Term: The record breaking President should come with a record breaking Vice President, and this is no exception. SkyGreen’s Vice President, Calvin Coolidge, wins against the likes of Writinglegend’s infamous seven day term and even PLX’s six day term at a staggering five days.
Shortest Overall Service: Much to Comfed’s dismay (or perhaps his delight), our dearly departed friend Lord Alphanesia ties with P.R.A for first (or last) in record of overall service. LA served as Verteger’s DPM for nine days while P.R.A. would serve as the region’s first Vice President for nine days; two records which have stood since the dawn of time.
Longest Overall Service: Now we get to the exciting bit that everyone’s (probably not) been waiting for.
Pichtonia - 258 Days
Appearing in the Top 5 longest serving HoGs and DHoGs, Pichtonia’s service is truly north of legendary in the region.

HEM - 272 Days
While he has only served one term as President from a Vice Presidency, HEM is a steady figure who many ascending Presidents have turned to in times of uncertainty. While that means he has served several times as Vice President, it also means his terms tend to be rather short, allowing others to surpass him.

Kuramia - 280 Days
Interestingly enough, Kuramia distinguishes herself from the rest of the Top 5 for being the only DHoG to have exclusively served full terms. Four terms of 70 days (technically one was 69 and another was 71), as opposed to every other entry who served at least one partial term.

Calvin Coolidge - 286 Days
Some of you might have thought he was first thanks to his three consecutive terms with Writinglegend - I know I did. No, our Panda falls a little ways short of first. As a matter of fact, the gap between Pichto and Calvin is almost larger than the gap between Calvin and first place. Nonetheless, it’s an impressive record seeing as Calvin has only served as Vice President three separate times, one being a record short term.

Malashaan’s record is boosted by her 211 consecutive days of service followed by three half-terms under Mousebumples, Darcness, and Rach. Calvin did hold the record for a couple years, having surpassed Malashaan herself no less. However, Malashaan would snatch the record back on January 15, 2018 and has not looked back since.
