Administrative Discord Ban - Olde Delaware

This serves as a notice of an Administrative ban for Olde Delaware from all Europeia related Discord servers. Following multiple bans across the last 3 years, Olde Delaware has been a part of our Discord server under an express edict that a return to the patterns of behavior that had caused the previous two bans would be met with a final and indefinite administrative ban from all Europeian Discord servers.

For over a month now since coming back in April, Olde Delaware has displayed behaviors on multiple occasions that have created a hostile environment for other community members in Europeia. In addition, he has demonstrated new and more concerning patterns of behavior that attempt to hinder any efforts by moderators and administrators to intervene where necessary. The previous bans were a way to encourage sustained improvement, but after informal warnings and moderator actions have consistently failed to result in improvement, this indefinite ban is the final recourse.

This ban does not extend to the forums, as the patterns of behavior displayed on Discord have yet to occur on the forums. This ban will extend to all Europeian community Discord servers.
