please remove CSP's senator role as Sopo has returned from his LoA and no longer needs a substitute

The limit was 180 seconds. It's been decreased to 30.
 
Please Creat Organization subforms according to the following specifications.

Founding Members (at least three Citizens with link to their forum profiles for ease of verification): @Ervald @Xecrio @Sanjurika

Name of Organization: The Tap Water Society

Purpose of Organization: To promote tap water and its varying different recipes, tastes, and origins compared to the inferior and environmentally wasteful choice of bottled water.

Organization Subforum Title and subtitle: A society for tap water lovers that appreciates its varying tastes and recipes and sees it as a sustainable alternative to bottled water.

Titles and Subtitles of any further subforums within the Primary subforum as well as their location and their privacy status:

Title: The Water Treatment Plant
Subtitle: A place where we can compare photos, recipes, reviews, and stories about tap water
All citizens can view, only members can post

Names of Subforum Moderators: Same as founding members
