Admin Task Thread

Just asking if this is possible - can the Official Unofficial Europeian Book Club forum be opened to anyone registered in the forums, including non-citizens? I would like to be able to invite people from other regions, including diplomats and other non-citizen types, but I don't think currently they can see anything in there. Since it's just a book club I'm hoping that this is possible, but I understand if hierarchy wise it is too problematic to do. Please let me know if this is possible.
It is currently open to Citizens, Diplomats, Symposium Guests, and Non-Voting Members (former Citizens, usually during a Citizenship Review period). This is the farthest we are able to open it.

I had @ProfessorHenn test this and he says he can see the three subforums in the Book Club but he can't actually see any of the threads. Do you know if this is a setting that is incorrect or if something else is going on? Can someone take a look when you get a chance and troubleshoot?

Could we get a subforum in This is Cinema Club called "TV Talk" and with as wide open permissions as possible? If you need approval from anyone of authority in the Cinema Club you can confirm with @PhDre

Can Forest get an embassy subforum based on this and @Jutsa be masked as a diplomat?

Can we get a subforum in the Official Unofficial Europeian Book Club forum called "The Hot Chili Peppers Section"? Let me know if you need any more information on it to set it up - generally it can just be configured like our other subfora.

Additionally:
- @Rand has given me permission to archive the Employment Commission channel in Tomlinson and subforum after a year of inactivity, can this subforum please be archived?
- Also can the Christmas Advent subforum also be archived seeing as holidays as now past?

I have taken PhDre's thumbs-up of your post as approval and carried out this request!

Thanks Maowi! That is how I wanted it, yep - for some reason something was weird with how threads were displaying for some people (Henn couldn't see anything for instance) but Darcness fixed that glitch so I'm happy that I think as many people as possible can see everything now!
 
this isn't necessarily a high priority task, but would it be possible for the latest posts sidebar to be shown above the trending content on the main page?
