Hi Cord! Organisations like societies need to be registered with the Attorney General first and need at least three citizens participating to get started, with private newspapers being the only exception.
 
I have a newspaper I never used called the Arnhelm Interregional Review, please close that down.

But I would like to open a newspaper.

1. I have submitted a mod report
2. Possible discussion: Split and delete the faces thread older than X years where X is reasonable. There are pics of 15 year olds that are now rushing to their mid 30s. Suggest keep ...1?2? years of posts. No good case to keep pics of AA's nipples.
 
Tbh maybe we just get rid of the thread? But then we'd have to regulate it if anyone else tried to start the thread again

One step in the right direction would be to put the thread in a citizen only forum
