Added Eldorin's masking, removed masking from the Senators no longer in office, and updated the dropdown list.

@Kazaman was never masked as a Justice or @Darcness unmasked as Justice. The drop down also needs to be updated accordingly.

Additionally, under the new rules I believe Kazaman would now be Chief Justice, although @upc never explicitly stated he was nominating Kaz for that role nor did the Senate explicitly confirm him to that role. I'm sure this is fine, but upc should probably explicitly confirm he was nominating Kaz as Chief Justice here as just legal funsies.

I don't think the Senate bothered to ask for updated masking yet for any of those things. We generally expect the Speaker to request them as the officiant of those changes.
