Can we please establish a dedicated forum near the top of the home page for the cultural exchange that will begin on Friday?
I don't know how this has been handled in the past, but it would seem most efficient to allow non-citizens to view and post in the thread. That way, visitors from TKR won't have to wait for admins to confer citizenship or foreign dignitary status before reading/posting.
