Application for a newspaper

Hello. I'd like to apply to found a newspaper.
Name of publication- The Europeian Observer
Will include articles about- Politics, sports, entertainment and opinons.
Will be written by- Anyone who wants to be part of it. I would also like to invite any Government members or opposition leaders to write coloumns
 
I don't know why this hasn't been addressed by the admins, but please place this sort of request in the task thread pinned above.

The admins are going to ask you to do that anyway. May as well preempt the shmucks.
