Raiders eject over half of Europe population in brief takeover

February 13 - Raiders concluded their occupation of UEPU by invading the region of Europe last saturday, February 10. The three week occupation of UEPU came to a close with a 57 person invasion of Europe, seizing the position from World Assembly delegate Imperium Anglorum (IA), who has since regained his position with support from Europeian Republican Navy forces.
The raid was staged from occupied UEPU for concealment, and used a raider plant inside Europe that had already amassed 530 endorsements by the beginning of this month, precariously close to the ~560 endorsements of the acting delegate. Raiders took advantage of the lack of enforced endorsement caps in the region to seize control, and managed to eject over half of Europe's population before its founder returned and ended the invasion.
The raiders involved in the operation came from The Black Hawks, The Brotherhood of Malice, Kantrias, Astoria, Lair of the Dragon, and Sparkalia. The Black Hawks released a statement regarding the operation. The statement claims that a contributing motivation for the targetting of Europe - which maintains an embassy with The North Pacific - were the Modern Gameplay Compact measures. Miravana, a foreign affairs official from The Black Hawks, states: "Since November 2022, The Modern Gameplay Compact has banned members of The Black Hawks from Security Council authorship or nomineeship, effectively blacklisting one of the most historic raider groups in history from further recognition. While we do not speak for the purposes of the raid by VULPINE [brandname for the group of raiders conducting the operation] overall, it can be taken as a direct response to these restrictions that we were so willing to cut in to Europe."
Delegate IA has commented on the situation through his region's Regional Message Board, detailing the situation, and commencing outreach efforts to ejected nations to organise their re-entry into Europe.
